A printed circuit board would go through several rounds of tests after it is produced. The fixture used in the test may interfere or damage the board.

 

Solution:

KSCAN-Magic 3D scanner captures geometric data of PCB and fixture at an accuracy of 0.02m. It can also virtually assemble these two parts to identify the interference during the test.
