September 22nd, 2025 – SCANTECH (HANGZHOU) Co., Ltd., a leading 3D scanner manufacturer, and Elite Robots, an advanced collaborative robot manufacturer, have signed a strategic partnership agreement. The signing was attended by Mr. Jeff Wang, our Chairman and CEO, and Mr. Cao Yunan, Chairman and CEO of Elite Robots, who jointly signed the agreement on behalf of their companies. Also present were Mr. Mike Ma, our CCO, and Mr. Chen Yi, Global Ecosystem Manager of Elite Robots.

The partnership brings together our expertise in 3D vision and digitization and Elite Robots's experience in collaborative robotics to explore new opportunities in "3D Vision + Robotics." The two companies will collaborate on resource sharing, market expansion, and ecosystem development.
