DefinSight Terms of Service

 

The DefinSight Service Agreement ("this Agreement") is concluded between SCANOLOGY (HANGZHOU) CO., LTD. ("SCANOLOGY") and you.

 

  1. Welcome to DefinSight! DefinSight provides information and products here. All rights related to DefinSight services, including but not limited to the APP, website information, and mobile phone messages, are owned by SCANOLOGY. By completing the registration process, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions and be bound by them. DefinSight reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, as well as the products, services, prices, and plans mentioned on this website. It also has the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies in case of any violation of these terms and conditions.

 

Before accepting DefinSight services, users must confirm that DefinSight services are delivered via mobile internet and that users bear all related internet and service costs.

 

  1. To protect your legal rights, you need to provide true, legal, detailed, and accurate personal identity information and update it promptly according to actual circumstances. Should national laws and regulations on user registration information be adjusted, you must update your registration information or complete the process as required. Otherwise, SCANOLOGYmay terminate this Agreement and discontinue services.

 

  1. Upon successful registration, you will receive a password and account, which you are responsible for updating, safeguarding, and assuming full responsibility for. SCANOLOGYreminds you to timely store, back up, and properly manage your relevant information (including registration information, password, and account) to prevent theft and leakage, which might otherwise cause you losses.

 

  1. SCANOLOGYreminds you that any login using the correct password and account will be regarded as the user logging in. The consequences thereof will be borne by the user, and SCANOLOGYwill not be liable for any consequences.

 

  1. In accordance with national laws and regulations, SCANOLOGYwill reasonably and prudently protect users' registration information, not disclose it, and not provide it to third parties, except in cases where the user actively requests it, or where laws, regulations, or judicial authorities require it.

 

  1. Respecting users' personal privacy is a fundamental policy of SCANOLOGY. For details, please refer to the DefinSight Privacy Policy.

 

  1. To provide better service experiences, SCANOLOGYwill continuously update its products and/or services based on actual circumstances. Meanwhile, to ensure the stable operation of the system, SCANOLOGYwill carry out system maintenance at appropriate times. Users acknowledge that SCANOLOGY has the right to update and maintain the system without prior notice.

 

  1. SCANOLOGYdoes not provide any promises or guarantees to you. Should any department or employee of SCANOLOGYmake any form of promise or guarantee to the user, the user should report it to the complaint telephone and email address disclosed on the official SCANOLOGY website. SCANOLOGY reminds users that its products and services are governed by the terms of this Agreement, product manuals, and publicly disclosed information on the official website. Any promises or guarantees made by departments or employees beyond this scope are invalid.

 

  1. SCANOLOGYreminds users that the mobile internet is not a pristine environment, and related crimes and phenomena that harm users' interests do exist. Users are advised to carefully select related APPLICATIONS, protect their personal privacy, and avoid affecting SCANOLOGY's products and services.

 

  1. You must not use SCANOLOGY's products and services to disrupt its normal operations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, or engage in any other activities that violate national laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

 

Acts that violate the fundamental principles established by the Constitution; acts that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert the state power, or undermine national unity; acts that damage the national honor and interests; acts that incite ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermine ethnic unity; acts that undermine the state's religious policies, promote cults, and superstition; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability; spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terrorist, or crime-inciting content; insulting or defaming others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests; inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or other activities that disturb social order; activities conducted under the name of illegal organizations; publishing, transmitting, or storing content prohibited by national laws and regulations; publishing, transmitting, or storing content that infringes upon others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights; involving others' privacy, personal information, or data; posting, transmitting, or spreading harassing, advertising, overly marketing, or junk information, as well as information containing any sexual or sexually suggestive content; failing to meet the requirements of the "Seven Bottom Lines" set out in the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Public Information Services of Instant Messaging Tools," which include abiding by laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate interests, public order, social morality, and information authenticity; and other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

 

  1. Users should reasonably use SCANOLOGY's products and services and respect the rights of SCANOLOGYand other related right holders, including:

 

(1) Not removing copyright information, or engaging in reverse engineering, reverse compilation, reverse disassembly, or any other attempts to discover the source code of this software;

 

(2) Strictly prohibited from using the DefinSight trademark on any products or services not belonging to SCANOLOGY without prior written permission from SCANOLOGY. Otherwise, it will constitute illegal trademark infringement and unfair competition. Other acts not expressly authorized by SCANOLOGY are also prohibited.

 

  1. Where SCANOLOGY's platforms allow users to post relevant information, users are reminded to comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not include advertisements, promotions, publicity, planning, or hype-related information. Otherwise, SCANOLOGYhas the right to directly delete such information and restrict the use of violators.

 

SCANOLOGY's services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These websites or services are neither owned nor controlled by DefinSight. We cannot control the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services and assume no responsibility for them. Therefore, when browsing third-party websites, you will bear the risks and responsibilities on your own. We strongly recommend that you review the service agreements, guidelines, and privacy policies of the third-party websites or services you visit.

 

  1. If users violate laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement, SCANOLOGYhas the right to take measures such as issuing warnings, deleting content, requiring rectification, restricting usage, terminating the agreement, and discontinuing services, depending on the severity of the violation. If users cause losses to SCANOLOGY, SCANOLOGYhas the right to seek compensation from the users and require them to bear all reasonable expenses arising therefrom, including but not limited to litigation fees, notarization fees, photocopying fees, announcement fees, appraisal fees, auction fees, enforcement fees, and attorney fees.

 

  1. Given the nature of mobile internet, users agree that SCANOLOGYmay deliver relevant notifications and commercial information through means such as website announcements, mobile phone messages, emails, and information pushes, which are in line with the development trends of mobile internet. Users also authorize SCANOLOGYto make callback calls to the phone numbers they have provided.

  1. In case of disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first seek to resolve them through friendly consultations. If no agreement is reached through consultation, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the place of domicile of SCANOLOGY(Yu Hang District, Hangzhou) for adjudication.

 

  1. This Agreement comes into effect upon the user's clicking of the "Agree" button.
