Rear Axis Inspection

The measurement of surface deviation and angles makes it difficult to inspect the rear axis. Traditional checking fixtures are unable to reflect the accurate deviation, but it won’t be a problem for KSCAN Composite 3D Scanner. KSCAN can perform non-contact scanning with a few markers and provide complete data including details of all angles within 10 minutes. The whole process does no harm to the object.

Rear Mirror Inspection

SCANTECH TRACKSCAN Tracking 3D Scanner is free of markers, it can ensure the accuracy of 0.025mm. The whole process costs less than 3 minutes. The data from scanning can be compared with the CAD model, generating an intuitional inspection report, and identifying the size deviation for quality control and producing craft improvement.
